  • How soon must I cancel my appoinment?
    You must cancel your appointment within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment date and time.
  • Do I need to provide any of the cleaning products/materials or equiptment?
    No. Not unless you have some specific products or equipment you want us to use.
  • Do your wash windows?
    Unfortunately, we do not wash windows
  • If I do not cancel my appointment within 24 hours will there be a charge?
    Yes there will be a fee of 1/2 of the total cost for the service(s) scheduled. We recommend you give us enough notice for cancellations so you will not incur a cancellation charge.
  • How will I know what time to book?
    Appointment times are available Monday and Tuesday, from 9:30AM-4:00PM, Wednesday, Thursday from 9:30AM-3:30PM and Friday from 9:30AM-1:00PM and we'll be in touch in less than 1 hour (during business hours) to confirm if this date and time works. Any dates or times that are greyed out are not available for booking.
  • Do you do green cleaning or have eco-friendly products?
    We have teams that do 100% green cleaning. Simply request it and we’ll assign a green-cleaning team at no additional charge.
  • Do you wipe walls down?
    Unfortunately we do not. Wiping down of walls are out of our scope of duties.
  • How do I sign up for recurring service?
    Decide what your desired frequency of cleaning will be then call us. We'll set everything up from there. We offer weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly service.
  • Is a long-term contract required for service?
    Absolutely not. Our services are provided as needed to suit your busy lifestyle. There are no long-term contracts or obligations required.
  • What forms of payment do you accept?
    We currently accept credit/debit cards and cash. Our online payments are handled by Square and Paypal and are processed through a fully secure 256 bit SSL protocol. In addition, we have a full extended validation SSL security. We guarantee booking through Tidy Maid is safe and secure.
  • Is tip included?
    If you want to leave a tip, we can either add it to your credit card charge (the cleaners receive 100% of the tip) or you can tip them in cash. All tips are greatly appreciated.
